Built on the basis of Datong Economic‑Technological Development Zone, the Consortium takes Shanxi Zhongyun Zhigu Data Technology Co., Ltd. (ZDATA Shanxi Branch) as its lead enterprise. Focusing on deepening vocational education reform and matching industrial talent demands, it builds a municipal‑level collaborative platform for industry‑education integration to comprehensively enhance the service and support capacity of the computing‑power industry for the regional economy.
At the conference, Secretary Ning Wenxin fully affirmed the phased achievements of the Consortium’s construction and put forward ardent expectations for follow‑up work. At present, AI technologies are accelerating integration into all walks of life. The computing‑power industry has a growing demand for compound talents with expertise in high‑performance operation and maintenance, green and low‑carbon technologies and scenario‑oriented applications. The industry‑education consortium serves as a core carrier to break down barriers between talent supply and industrial demands. Drawing on ZDATA’s practical experience in green computing power and intelligent computing applications, as well as practical paths for industry‑education integration to respond to industrial needs, it provides planning references for the Consortium to carry out college‑enterprise collaboration and joint talent cultivation in subsequent work.
As the Chairman Entity of Datong Computing‑Power Economy Industry‑Education Consortium, ZDATA Shanxi Branch will give full play to its advantages in industrial resources and practical technical experience, deeply participate in the construction of the Consortium’s operational mechanism, promote the effective implementation of college‑enterprise cooperation projects, and practically build an industry‑education integration ecosystem featuring collaboration among government, industry, enterprises and schools. It will inject industrial momentum for Datong to seize new tracks of the digital economy and foster new‑quality productive forces, and support the establishment of a provincial‑level municipal demonstration benchmark for industry‑education integration.
