Building a Green Cloud Valley. Creating a Zero Carbon Future - ZDATA and Far Eastern Energy Start Deep Cooperation

On November 4, ZDATA Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "ZDATA") and Far East Horizon Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Far East Horizon") held a signing ceremony for the Source-Grid-Load Interaction Cooperation Agreement in Beijing. The two parties will engage in deep cooperation around the construction of a green zero-carbon data center industrial park.

Mr. Ma Chao, Vice President of ZDATA, Ms. Wang Fei, Vice President, and Mr. Jiang Jun, Project Manager of Inner Mongolia, along with the ZDATA marketing team, met with Mr. Li Wei, General Manager of Far East Horizon's Northern Region Company, Mr. Yuan Rongke, Deputy General Manager, and Mr. Hou Zhaoyun, Development Director, to discuss how both parties can fully leverage their unique technical and resource advantages. They aimed to implement the Source-Grid-Load-Storage demonstration project cooperation in green new energy development, zero-carbon big data park cooperation, and other aspects. Before the meeting, the ZDATA team visited Far East Horizon Energy's customer display center in Beijing.

Integrated Advantages, Building a Green Future

As a leading domestic data center service provider, ZDATA, with its Inner Mongolia Yaxin Data Port project in Ulanqab, will form a high-tech industrial chain cluster covering high-end data centers, R&D training centers, and research and training bases. This will be based on the unique natural conditions, supporting services, and the rich construction and operation experience and customer resource advantages of ZDATA in Ulanqab.

Far East Horizon Energy is a global leader in intelligent wind power and smart energy storage system technology, leading the development and transformation of China's wind power and energy storage industries. Through continuous technological innovation, Far East Horizon Energy aims to reduce costs and increase efficiency in renewable energy, supporting energy structure adjustments, industrial upgrades, and achieving national dual-carbon goals.

Mr. Ma Chao, Vice President of ZDATA, and Mr. Yuan Rongke, Deputy General Manager of Far East Horizon's Northern Region Company, representing both parties, signed a strategic cooperation agreement. The two parties formally established a core partnership and will jointly build the "Source-Grid-Load Interaction Green Data Center Demonstration Project." This project is based on the ZDATA Ulanqab base and the Far East Horizon Energy Ulanqab Source-Grid-Load-Storage demonstration project, aiming to advance cooperation to higher and deeper levels.

With strong support from relevant departments in Ulanqab City, the two parties will jointly build the "Source-Grid-Load Interaction Green Data Center Demonstration Project." This will achieve end-to-end platform interoperability and interaction between sources and loads. Based on Far East Horizon's smart wind and storage solution and the source-grid-load interaction of the ZDATA Yaxin Data Port project, the cooperation will deeply explore the regulation benefits on the demand side, explore new interaction modes between the generation and consumption sides, and jointly build a new type of source-grid-load-storage demonstration project. This will contribute to the green and low-carbon development of the entire industry and explore new paths for carbon emissions and reduction. Through this cooperation, ZDATA aims to gradually achieve green energy substitution for data center projects, accelerate the overall layout of building a leading green zero-carbon data industry base, and have a positive impact.

Joining Forces to Ignite Fusion Effects

Building a "zero-carbon" data center is not an overnight effort and cannot be achieved by individual efforts alone. Under current policies, responding better to the country's long-term strategic goal of "3060" requires not only improving efficiency and reducing consumption in data centers but also a shift in focus from the demand side to the energy side to explore zero-carbon paths.

The strong alliance between ZDATA and Far East Horizon Energy aims to utilize the green energy consumption advantages of the big data center and jointly promote the coordinated development of new energy and big data industries. The practical application of zero-carbon technology in data center parks will be realized.

In the future, while ZDATA strives to achieve its goals of leading cloud infrastructure services and a professional IDC customized service provider, it will continuously optimize its strategic layout, enhance innovative capabilities, and integrate the "zero-carbon" development philosophy into the entire business life cycle internally. Externally, it will integrate more ecological resources, join hands with partners such as Far East Horizon Energy, and ignite fusion effects. The goal is to face opportunities and challenges together, ensuring steady and far-reaching progress!
