This achievement signifies that the company's ITO operation and maintenance service quality control mechanism construction and innovative transformation capabilities continue to maintain an industry-leading level.
ITSS, Information Technology Service Standard, is a set of IT service standards and methodologies developed under the leadership and support of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and the National Standardization Committee. It is formulated by the Information Technology Service Branch of the China Electronic Industry Standardization Technology Association (ITSS Branch). ITSS comprehensively standardizes personnel, resources, technology, processes, and other elements of IT service products, having high authority and considered an important evaluation criterion for the domestic information technology industry. ITSS serves as a measure of the comprehensive strength of information technology service enterprises and also serves as a guide for companies to enhance their service capabilities.
The ITSS level three qualification certification audit covered aspects such as operation and maintenance service content, operation and maintenance service capability management, operation and maintenance service capability review, operation and maintenance service quality management, application of operation and maintenance tools, and personnel management. It thoroughly examined ZDATA's management processes and practical outputs in the field of information technology services. Guided by the standards and methodologies of the ITSS system services, ZDATA implemented norms with high requirements and standards, achieving significant results in technical research and development, process optimization, delivery management, quality management, and organizational management. This demonstrated the company's comprehensive strength in the field of ITO operation and maintenance services, receiving full recognition from the expert evaluation team. The successful completion of this review marks ZDATA's national-level certification in operational maintenance service capability and service standardization system construction, enabling the provision of higher quality operation and maintenance services to customers.
As a national high-tech enterprise focusing on cloud data center infrastructure services, ZDATA has consistently regarded ITO operation and maintenance services as its core competitive advantage. The company continuously strengthens its data center operation and maintenance management capabilities, ensuring that all maturity levels are at the forefront of the industry.
In the future, ZDATA will continue to use ISO quality management systems, ITSS operation and maintenance service standards, and other system specifications as action guidelines. The company will advance the improvement of management, upgrade products, and optimize services, promoting innovation and transformation in ITO operation and maintenance services. This will significantly enhance the quality of operation and maintenance services and the ability for sustainable development. ZDATA aims to ensure its full-stack operation and maintenance services can adeptly respond to market changes, quickly meet customer needs, and guarantee high levels of security, stability, and continuity in business and services.
