Deputy Mayor Chai Yue and Mr. Dong Yan, on behalf of both parties, signed the cooperation agreement. According to the agreement, both parties will establish a close cooperative relationship around the YASIN Smart Computing Center project and jointly improve the new intelligent computing power ecosystem.
Mayor Qi expressed that in recent years, taking advantage of Inner Mongolia's approval as a national integrated computing power network hub, Ulanqab has vigorously introduced and cultivated the digital industry and accelerated the construction of the "Grassland Cloud Valley" in Ulanqab, always planning data centers with a high starting point and high standards. The cooperation with ZDATA Group to jointly build the Smart Computing Center will actively implement related supporting policies, further optimize the business environment, establish efficient and convenient communication channels, and cooperation mechanisms. This collaboration aims to solve bottlenecks in the development of the big data industry, such as land and energy, and support ZDATA Group in building a green, low-carbon, and high-computing power big data industry ecosystem in Ulanqab.
Mr. Zhou Kang, on behalf of ZDATA Group, expressed a positive intention to deepen cooperation with Ulanqab. He mentioned that the YASIN Smart Computing Center is a project where the group collaborates with Ulanqab once again since 2018. Ulanqab has geographical advantages as a transportation hub, a comfortable and cool natural environment, abundant low-cost electricity resources, stable geological structure, and perfect supporting infrastructure, making it an ideal place for the development of the big data industry. As one of the key enterprises in the industrial chain of the Beijing AIGC, ZDATA Group will adhere to principles of intelligence and greenery, focusing on meeting large-scale, high-performance computing needs in various scenarios. Additionally, by exploring new interactive models between power generation and consumption, the group aims to build a new integrated platform for source, network, load, and storage. This initiative will comprehensively reduce the energy consumption of the Smart Computing Center and create a green computing power model under the "East Calculation, West Calculation" framework.
ZDATA Group will work hand in hand with Ulanqab, refining more refined and personalized high-performance computing services and products, extending the upstream and downstream industrial chains, and promoting the development of the Ulanqab data center cluster to a new level. This collaboration is expected to drive the development of the digital economy in the city and the entire autonomous region, injecting new vitality for higher-quality regional development.
