Wang Zhengpu, Deputy Secretary of Hebei Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Hebei Province, Inspected Zhangjiakou Weixian Green Intelligent Computing Industrial Base of ZDATA
On June 5, Wang Zhengpu, Deputy Secretary of Hebei Provincial Party Committee and Governor of Hebei Province, Zhu Haowen, Member of Party Group and Secretary General of Provincial Government, and Li Keliang, Deputy Secretary of Zhangjiakou Municipal Party Committee and Mayor of Zhangjiakou, visited ZDATA Zhangjiakou Weixian Green Intelligent Computing Industry Base and learned about the construction of the base in detail. Zhou Kang, founder and chairman of ZDATA, Ma Chao, senior vice president of ZDATA, and Zhuang Zijun, general manager of Zhangjiakou Company, accompanied the research and inspection.
Governor Wang Zhengpu emphasized that it is necessary to closely match the arithmetic demand of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, accelerate the construction of the digital service industry base, and promote the development of the big data industry to gather chains into clusters. Mr. Zhou Kang, Chairman of the Board, gave a detailed report on the Zhangjiakou Weixian project to the leaders. The project covers a total planning area of about 584 acres, with a total planning floor area of about 460,000 square meters, designed to install standard cabinets of about 35,109 racks of 8kw high-density cabinets, and is a mega big data industrial park in the Beijing-ring region; based on the strategy of integration of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, it will magnify the development advantages, attract high-end talents, and realize the “Green Digital Economy Industry Belt of the West of Beijing” through the creation of the “Green Digital Economy Industry Belt of the West of Beijing”. By creating the “West Beijing Green Digital Economy Industry Belt”, it realizes the development goal of Zhangjiakou digital economy, which is “increasing tax revenue, changing structure, attracting talents and promoting development”.
Governor Wang Zhengpu's inspection provided valuable guidance and support for the further development of Zoomlion Data Group in Hebei Province. In the future, ZDATA will continue to deepen the cooperation with Hebei Province in the field of arithmetic industry, take the construction of green and low-carbon digital services as the cornerstone, actively integrate into the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, and solidly push forward the construction of the “Green Digital Economy Industrial Belt in the West of Beijing”, so as to inject more impetus into the high-quality development of Hebei Province's digital economy!

2025 Global Digital Economy Conference | ZDATA Honored Among "Top 10 Computing Power Center Service Providers"
On July 2nd, the 2025 Global Digital Economy Conference opened in Beijing. Centered on the theme "Building a Digital-Friendly City," this conference attracted over 300 international guests from more than 50 countries and major international organizations. The "2025 Global Digital Economy Conference - Intelligent Computing Power Innovation and Development Forum," hosted by the Global Digital Economy Conference Organizing Committee, undertaken by the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology (CAICT) and the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Economy and Information Technology, and co-organized by the Open Data Center Committee (ODCC), was held simultaneously at the China National Convention Center on July 4th. During the forum, CAICT released the "Analysis Report on Computing Power Center Service Providers (2025)."
