ZDATA's Ulanqab Project Receives the "2025 Annual Data Center Best Operation and Maintenance Management Team" Award!

Recently, the 17th China Data Center Conference, themed "Innovation for the Future, Embarking on the 15th Five-Year Plan," was successfully held in Beijing. Hosted by the Data Center Branch of the China Computer Users Association (CCUA), the conference brought together industry leaders, technical experts, ecosystem partners, and corporate representatives from various sectors including telecom operators, financial institutions, central construction enterprises, and design institutes to explore new development paths for data centers in the intelligent era. The "15th Five-Year Plan" proposal marks the first time the "National Integrated Computing Network" has been incorporated into the national-level infrastructure system. To accelerate the construction of national data infrastructure and support a strong start to the "15th Five-Year Plan," the conference announced the results of the annual data center industry survey.

At the conference, the operation and maintenance team of ZDATA Ulanqab Asiainfo Data Port Park 5# Data Center received the "2025 Annual Data Center Best Operation and Maintenance Management Team" award. Mr. Kang Nan, Vice President of ZDATA, attended the event.

Founded in 1994, the Data Center Branch of the China Computer Users Association (formerly the Computer Room Equipment Application Branch) serves as one of the most authoritative information exchange platforms and professional consulting organizations in the field of data center technology and management in China. It has provided comprehensive technical consulting and management guidance for the planning, design, construction, acceptance, and evaluation certification of thousands of large and medium-sized信息化 (informatization) construction projects across the country. This award not only highly recognizes the professional competence of the operation and maintenance team at ZDATA Ulanqab Asiainfo Data Port Park 5# Data Center but also serves as an authoritative affirmation of the Group's comprehensive strength in full lifecycle data center operations and management.

The operation and maintenance team of ZDATA Ulanqab Asiainfo Data Port Park 5# Data Center consistently adheres to a self-operated maintenance model. The team possesses deep expertise in core technical areas such as electrical systems and HVAC, having established end-to-end operation and maintenance management capabilities covering routine inspections and second-level fault response. Since the project's delivery and commissioning, the team has maintained a "zero-accident, high-reliability" operational record, safeguarding client data asset security with solid professional skills and rigorous operational standards.

Refined Control, Leading the Green Energy Efficiency Benchmark

In terms of green and low-carbon development, the team leverages refined energy consumption management and intelligent scheduling strategies to continuously drive industry-leading performance in both PUE and WUE metrics. Behind this outstanding achievement lies the team's precise control over every kilowatt-hour of electricity and every ton of water, providing a solid energy foundation for the long-term, stable operation of hyperscale computing clusters.

System as the Framework, Building a Standardized Management Structure

ZDATA Ulanqab Asiainfo Data Port Park 5# Data Center adopts the internationally recognized data center M&O certification as its core operation and maintenance management benchmark, strictly adhering to the design principles of "systematic construction, process-oriented implementation, and standardized execution." Aiming to ensure the stable operation of infrastructure and IT systems and fortify business continuity, this system establishes a closed-loop standardized management framework. Its ultimate goal is to achieve high availability, high reliability, energy efficiency, and low-cost operations for the data center.

ZDATA is establishing a replicable benchmark model for industry operations management, centered on the core approach of "systematic operations + refined control." Looking ahead, the Group will continue to deepen its focus on building operation and maintenance capabilities, guided by the principles of standardization, intelligence, and green development, to help propel data center infrastructure towards a more efficient and reliable new phase.
