On November 18, Lu Dongliang, a member of the Standing Committee of the Shanxi Provincial Party Committee, Vice Governor, and Secretary of the Datong Municipal Party Committee, along with Yu Yingjie, Vice Governor of Shanxi Province, and Zhang Qiang, Mayor of Datong City, and other leaders visited the ZDATA Yanggao Green Big Data Industrial Base (hereinafter referred to as the "project") for inspection and research. ZDATA's Senior Vice President Chen Shi, Vice President Ma Chao, and Shanxi Company General Manager Dong Yinliang reported on the project's planning, construction, and operation, supporting Shanxi Province's digital transformation, technological innovation, ZDATA's collaboration with provincial and municipal industries, and other related work.

As a leading domestic data center service provider, ZDATA showcased the company's comprehensive strength in the field of data centers to the leaders. They provided a detailed report on ZDATA's business layout, core product services, and the competitive advantages of the company.

Not forgetting the original intention, integrating the low-carbon value theme

In the report, Mr. Ma Chao, Vice President of ZDATA, stated that based on the deep accumulation of experience in data center construction and operation, ZDATA can provide deep customization services throughout the entire lifecycle of data centers. ZDATA actively responds to the national "3060" dual-carbon policy and is committed to building green, low-carbon, and energy-efficient data centers. According to the plan, this project will also be developed as the first domestic "zero-carbon" big data industry demonstration base. It will be equipped with photovoltaic, wind power, energy storage, and other new energy projects. Additionally, technologies such as dual-path UPS power supply mode, indirect evaporative cooling, and heat exchange systems will be implemented to achieve an average annual PUE of less than 1.2, reaching an advanced level in the country.

In the future, ZDATA will establish the first "Big Data Industry Carbon Neutrality Research and Development Center" in the park. The center will focus on solving key technical problems related to carbon neutrality in the big data industry, establish a carbon neutrality talent think tank, actively apply for national patents, and promote the commercialization and marketization of research and development results. The company aims to closely integrate corporate strategy with national strategy, keeping policies and business up-to-date.

Active exploration to jointly promote Shanxi's digital construction

Secretary Lu Dongliang, Vice Governor Yu Yingjie, and other leaders fully affirmed the overall planning and construction achievements of ZDATA and the ZDATA Green Big Data Base project. They introduced the rapid development of Shanxi and Datong in recent years, emphasizing that Shanxi and Datong will continue to provide better policy support for corporate development and technological innovation. Secretary Lu stated that Datong is actively promoting the development of the entire big data industry chain, focusing on building a green data storage center with radiation in North China and national influence, an important big data equipment manufacturing base in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region, and a leading artificial intelligence basic data service industry base nationwide. He hopes that ZDATA and Datong will work together to create a "Green Cloud Valley," further strengthen cooperation in investment promotion, business operations, and enterprise ecological construction, and contribute to Shanxi's urban digital construction and jointly explore the path of digital development.
