ZDATA Group and Tian Shu Zhixin Reach a Strategic Cooperation, Injecting "Core Vitality" into Independent Intelligent Computing Centers
On August 25th, ZDATA Group and Shanghai Tiensu Zhixin Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tiensu Zhixin") jointly signed a strategic cooperation agreement in Shanghai. During the ceremony, Zhou Kang, the founder and CEO of ZDATA Group, and Diao Shijing, the Vice Chairman of Tiensu Zhixin, signed the agreement. Guo Lujiang, Chairman and CEO of Tiensu Zhixin, Chief Operating Officer Liu Zheng, Zhang Yi, General Manager of ZDATA Group's East China Region, and Yi Peng, Founder and Chairman of Pangu Think Tank, attended the ceremony and witnessed the signing.
According to the agreement, the two parties will collaborate closely in the GPU computing field around ZDATA Group's new-type computing centers nationwide. They aim to jointly create an independent intelligent computing center mainly based on domestically produced chips. This collaboration aims to propel the artificial intelligence and high-performance computing industry into a new stage of outstanding development, empowering China's economic and social development with high-quality computing and intelligent transformation.
As the first GPGPU high-end chip and supercomputing system provider in China, Tiensu Zhixin, with its powerful GPU and chip technology, achieved a breakthrough in the domestic general-purpose GPU chip, breaking the monopoly of foreign manufacturers on general-purpose GPU products. It became the only Chinese hard-tech enterprise that achieved mass production of general-purpose GPUs and the sole provider with a complete solution that includes cloud-edge collaboration and training-inference combination.
This strategic cooperation between ZDATA Group and Tiensu Zhixin aims to leverage the application areas and industrial environment of data centers. It seeks to further build a robust computing capability based on domestically produced general-purpose GPUs to meet the domestic demand for large-scale applications of AI computing technology. The collaboration aims to significantly enhance the core advantages and innovation capabilities of both parties in the high-performance computing and large-scale storage fields under the new demands of diverse digital transformation.
At a critical juncture when China's digital economy is moving toward high-quality development, the importance of computing power in human society is increasing. Whether in industry, finance, or scientific research, strong computing power is needed to improve efficiency and output. Adhering to its consistent DNA of independent innovation and agile and efficient service philosophy, ZDATA Group, in deep collaboration with Tiensu Zhixin, will advance the development of domestic GPU computing applications comprehensively. This involves technology, marketing, and applications to explore innovative service models in various fields. The collaboration aims to inject "core vitality" into more efficient and reliable independent AI intelligent computing solutions. This will bring more opportunities and value to users for efficient business and intelligent innovation, making a positive contribution to China's digitalization and domestication process with outstanding independent intelligent computing service products.
