“New Productivity” Action Plan | ZDATA Creates a New Benchmark of ‘Strong, Precise and High’ Intelligent Computing Center
On August 27th, China Smart Computing Industry Green Technology Conference was opened in Shanghai, with the theme of “Green Smart Computing, New Quality Development”, sharing policy dynamics and cutting-edge technology, and exploring the actual development of upstream and downstream industries. During the same period, the results of the “Action Plan for Finding New Productivity in the Digital Industry - Benchmark Cases of Green Computing” were officially released.ZDATA Inner Mongolia “AsiaInfoPort” Project ZDATA Inner Mongolia “AsiaInfoPort” Project was awarded “Green Computing Benchmark Case” for its “Heat Recovery Evaporative Cooling Fluorine Pump Air Conditioning Technology” and “Composite Heating and Insulation Technology for Containerized Diesel Generator Sets” with the features of strong innovation, precise application and high efficiency. “ZDATA and Beijing Technology and Innovation Center (BTIC)
ZDATA Inner Mongolia “AsiaInfoPort” project is located in the strategic hub node of east-counting and west-counting, and the integration of national arithmetic power. Relying on the unique geographic and resource advantages of Ulanqab, the project aims to build a comprehensive smart computing center integrating the use of green energy, intelligent management, and data security guarantee. The project has a total planned construction area of about 200,000 square meters, adopts cutting-edge modular design, and the overall planning provides about 20,000 cloud computer cabinets to meet the diversified needs of the future artificial intelligence market. The project is planned to be constructed in four phases and has been put into operation successively. Upon full completion, the project will become an important engine for promoting regional economic development and driving the intelligent transformation of society.
Strong Innovation
The project adopts self-developed heat recovery evaporative cooling fluorine pump air-conditioning technology and containerized diesel generator set composite heating and insulation technology, innovatively solving the heat dissipation problems of high-power servers, while realizing the comprehensive utilization of energy and effective recovery of waste heat, and significantly improving the energy utilization efficiency.
Precision Application
The project has successfully explored the effective practice of heat recovery technology, covering the entire industrial chain from planning and design, equipment manufacturing to engineering installation, testing and operation and maintenance, providing a model for the heat recovery system of the Smart Computing Center, vigorously promoting the construction of upstream and downstream industrial ecology, and accelerating the process of large-scale application of heat recovery technology.
High Benefit
The successful commissioning of the project signifies that ZDATA has overcome the problem of integrated heat recovery. The waste heat in the ICC is recovered and converted into hot water for heating, and through the pipeline network and new heating terminals, the waste heat is effectively transferred to the buildings or equipment that require heating, replacing the traditional method of direct emission into the atmosphere, realizing the effective use of waste heat, truly turning waste into treasure, and saving a large amount of heating costs.
ZDATA always upholds a high sense of social responsibility, actively responds to the national dual-carbon strategy, and realizes breakthroughs in PUE reduction through technological innovation, significantly cutting carbon footprint. With the acceleration of digital transformation and the surge in demand for AI computing power, ZDATA will build a computing power base for the high-quality development of a green, low-carbon economy and society through the dual drive of intelligence and greening.
